Read-only monitoring
EnergyIQ observes your metering data. We do not supply electricity or gas, switch retailers, or negotiate tariffs on your behalf. Our role stops at giving you clear information.
Baselines set to your business
A café that opens at 6am has a different consumption shape to a co-working space open until late. Baselines are calculated from your own historical data, not a generic industry average.
Transparency over complexity
Every chart shows its source period and calculation method. If a figure looks unusual, you can trace exactly how it was derived.
Reports built for real recipients
Landlords and council programmes ask for specific formats. We keep our export templates aligned with what these recipients commonly request, updating them as requirements shift.
How we calculate what "normal" looks like for your premises.
When you first connect your meters, EnergyIQ observes a settling period, typically four to six weeks, before establishing an initial baseline. During this time we account for opening hours, seasonal patterns and equipment cycles.
Once established, the baseline is not fixed. It adjusts gradually as your operating patterns change, so alerts continue to reflect genuine deviation rather than expected seasonal shifts like increased heating in winter.
Guided setup, then quiet reliability.
Most premises are fully connected within a week of first contact. After that, the platform runs quietly in the background, surfacing information only when it matters.
Initial assessment
We review your existing metering setup and confirm compatibility with the EnergyIQ sensor kit or supported smart meter data feeds.
Installation
A technician fits monitoring hardware, or we configure a data connection where your meter already supports remote reads.
Calibration period
The platform gathers a few weeks of data to build an accurate baseline specific to your premises and its operating rhythm.
Ongoing monitoring
Dashboards, alerts and scheduled reports run continuously. Support remains available if you need help interpreting a reading.
